Marra was started by two friends who happen to be a "Silver Bullet" account expert and a "Spy Agent" tech strategist. Between us, we have over 17 years of experience in the Middle East and GCC. We've spent that time learning how to balance cold business logic with the kind of creativity that actually starts trends.

You'll always have the core founders involved the Silver Bullet and the Spy Agent. Depending on the size of your project, we bring in the right specialists from our network to make sure every detail is covered. You won't be passed off to a junior intern; you get the experts.

A lot. You're the expert on your business, and we're the experts on communication. We work best when it's a collaborative back-and-forth. We'll guide the ship, but we need your insights to make sure the brand remains authentic to you.

It varies, but we don't believe in rushing quality. A full branding project usually takes between 8 to 12 weeks. Website builds and PR campaigns have their own timelines. We'll give you a clear roadmap before we start so you know exactly when to expect results.

We value our clients' privacy as much as yours. While we can't always share full internal strategies, we're happy to jump on a call and walk you through relevant case studies and results we've achieved in similar industries.

Definitely. We're proudly rooted in KSA, but we know the GCC landscape inside and out. We help brands navigate the unique cultural nuances of the entire Middle East and beyond.

For projects, we typically work on a 50/50 split 50% upfront to kick things off and 50% upon completion. For our monthly retainers, we bill at the start of each month. We try to keep it simple and transparent so we can focus on the work.

Once the final invoice is settled, the work is yours. All the final creative deliverables we produced for your project belong to you. We lay all of this out clearly in our Service Agreements so there are never any surprises.

It's about the pace. Project Based work is for specific, high-impact needs like a new brand identity, a website build, or a big launch. A Monthly Retainer is for long term growth — it's where we handle your ongoing social media, SEO, and strategy to keep your brand sharp and evolving every single day.
